I just want to recognize that one of the strategies that will be being updated is recognizing and addressing the transportation and housing connection. podcast-host

I WOULD ADD ALSO THAT KAREN FREEDMAN FROM THE MPO, WE SPOKE BEFORE THE MEETING THIS MORNING, AND THE MPO STAFF WHO PROVIDED TWO OF THE VERY ROBUST PRESENTATIONS AT THE TRANSPORTATION DISCUSSION, AND ONE OF THEM WAS RELATED TO DIGITAL TWINS AND THE TECHNOLOGY FROM THAT, WILL BE PROVIDING SOME COMMENTS TO UPDATE AND MODERNIZE podcast-host

And I think that's going to be extremely helpful because I think, you know, obviously the MPO is at the forefront of many of these topics and it's going to be able to provide some great guidance, I think, for the committee and the planning council. podcast-host

Absolutely, and I would add to that, Ray, we're talking about these sensors for self-driving automobiles or automated or however, whatever we're calling it, but it's also, I think, related to how is parking impacted by that, right? podcast-host

Because one of the discussions when we're talking about affordable housing is that local governments should consider parking reductions, right? podcast-host

And there's a real reluctance of that, but at the end of the day, that really could become a reality as podcast-host

parking technology changes and becomes different. podcast-host
