They're two very simple ones.

So balancing the hormones is the important part.
What is the issue with modern bread?
One issue is they've changed the wheat.
So in the 1950s, the wheat went through intensive cross-breeding to produce a plant with a high yield of grain.
Now, I guess the thought was noble, but you can't improve on God.
