There is an existing international criminal court mandate for Darfur, which harkens back to that conflict 20 years ago.
So it is now actively investigating again these atrocities.
But bringing perpetrators to accountability from that first Darfur war took decades.
I think it's only in the last six months there was the first conviction.
So if it does happen, it's not likely to be a speedy process.
