Well, the Foresight Group was established 40 years ago.

Headquarters is London.

We currently have over 15 billion of assets under management across the UK, Europe and Australia.

We have two core asset classes where that 15 billion sits.

The first one is private equity.

And the second one, as you say, is infrastructure equity.

Our private equity business here in Ireland typically backs companies making approximately half a million euro right up to 4 million of annual profit.

And we invest anything from 2 to 10 million into those companies to fund growth.

as well as facilitating full and partial shareholder buyouts.

We do indeed.

So we allow business owners to de-risk financially, and then as an experienced partner, we roll up our sleeves and really help the business to fulfil its growth potential.

Yeah, I mean, a little bit of context before that is that Foresight opened its Dublin office in 2022.

We're based down the road in Mount Street.

We have a team of six people here doing both private equity and infrastructure.

And we've raised 180 million euros from AIB and ISAF.

As you say, our infrastructure funds are funding critical energy infrastructure from wind farms, solar farms, batteries and interconnectors.

The one you mentioned, Silver Mines, is a pump storage hydro project.

It is 300 megawatts storage assets.
