You can't test for DNA.

You can't test for fingerprints.

You can't do a handwriting analysis.

You can't look at the pressure the pen put on it.

You can't even see if it was print off a computer in some AI program versus actually handwritten every step of the way.

So the fact that the letter was destroyed and the guy who reviewed it for some reason took a picture of it and then destroyed it.

Why?

This is the most unusual pre-confession letter tale I've ever heard.

And I think if I'm a jury, I'm thinking this does not add up.

Like this guy set him up is what it looks like to me.

The FBI showed up very early.

I think the first FBI agent showed up like 16 minutes after it happened, which was a little unusual to me.

If it had been in downtown Salt Lake City, maybe.

Orem, Utah is kind of out a little bit from downtown.

I don't know why the FBI had someone 16 minutes away that could respond so quickly.

I don't remember if it's exactly 16 minutes, but it was under 20.

They immediately are on the scene.
