urging him on, telling him, continue, you're not done.
For example, go back to the identification.
He looks at these six pictures, he's like, I can't 100% identify him.
And then all of a sudden he's looking, he goes, yeah, I guess on those last two, yeah, that's definitely him.

What did they say to you?
Were you wearing an earpiece?
We have no idea.

In Utah, maybe it's normal.
It's unusual where I've practiced that you would have a preliminary hearing piece of evidence by Zoom without cross-examination, without any court reporter present to say that it was done properly.
And he did say what he said.
I mean, if you look carefully at some of that Zoom testimony, there were times his mouth never moved, but words were coming over the speaker.
