Um, if he so here here's kind of my operating theory is that he probably was involved at some level in some operation that he thought was illegal.
Whether that was to remove Charlie Kirk from this life or whether it was to disrupt a uh an event or to, you know, to commit some small time felony or something.
I don't know what he had in mind, but I think he was in Orem and I think he was uh doing
something that he thought was illegal.
And because a a person died as a result of potentially his actions or his participation in that, that would be a like a felony murder charge.
You could you could be convicted of felony murder.
If you're committing a felony and someone dies uh in the commission of that felony, you can be you can be held responsible.
You could get life in prison either way.
So if if there is some larger plot, if there's some larger plot he's aware of and he knows that that exposure
And he's gonna end up with life in prison anyway, even if he explo exposes the plot.
It might be convenient to just go ahead and bite the bullet, so to speak.
But probably a poor choice of you words there, but uh to go ahead and bite the bullet, accept a guilty plea, accept life in prison, uh, take the death penalty off the table, quick, clean, easy, and off it goes.
I hope that's not the outcome we get.
It it is.
I mean, there's no other way to say it.
It is.
Uh, there there's a lot of questions about the potential involvement of other people.
Take George Zinn.
George Zinn was the elderly gentleman who jumped up, started waving his hat in the immediate aftermath and said, I did it, I did it, shoot me, I killed Charlie Kirk, shoot me.
Um in a a search warrant that was recently uncovered, um, I think on my program, I think we were the first ones to break it, there's a statement.
