Yeah.

Uh, two points.

And in addition to thank you so much, Robin, it was, this is fabulous.

And I learned a lot.

I always learn lots of things.

Um, number one is the importance, my takeaways, the importance of people get trying to get comfortable to talk about menopause, um,

That, you know, it has to be step one.

It has to be normalized, the conversation, because so many people go through this.

And then the second piece is, this is more of a medical thing, that why it's important to be talking about things is that for women, as they go, you know, through menopause and they don't have menses, they don't have bleeding for a year.

And then following that, if they do, that potentially...

can be an indication of something that is either a serious problem, but also something that if caught early can be taken care of.

So this idea that if you go a year and then all of a sudden you start having bleeding again, it's worth the doctor visit to mention that.

A lot of times people are reluctant, oh, well, let's just wait and see.

So just from a

The public service announcement on menopause is that if you do stop having your menses, you stop bleeding, and then it starts again, that is worth some investigation and to have that checked out.
