And Deco Doherty was behind the desk and there was only a few of us kind of left awake.

And Johnny kind of came to the, OK, let's get the solo down.

Johnny strolled in with the fag hanging out of the mouth.

And just came to the solo.

It's quite a long extended instrument.

And he did this incredible solo.

And we just looked at each other, gobsmacked.

And so it came, fade down.

I said, do you want me to try that again?

That's right.

So we let him do it again.

And he did an equally brilliant one, just slightly different.

It was an amazing experience.

It was like Johnny was just, it was a privilege.

One of the best privileges of being in the band was being able to be on a stage with Johnny Feeney.

He was an amazing man.

Devlin and myself are getting up to do a couple of tunes with Pat McManus and Bally Shannon in a few weeks time as well.

But you're doing a talking tour as well.

I think it's just going to be random stories.

I hadn't thought of it in terms of a tour, but I suppose it's starting to look a bit like that.
