Does life have to be predictable?

Or how much do you enjoy go with the flow surprises?

Um any thoughts about that?

And how much do you run into that in in your work?

Yeah, I'd like to say that we all benefit from predictability.

But many neurodivergent people crave predictability.

It's something

That really

kind of sets the threshold of regulation and dysregulation.

You know, how much are you familiar with what is going to be happening down the road in your life on that day?

So I'm I'm sure that some of our listeners are thinking about one of the elephants in the room here, and that is

sexual and and intimacy part of relationships, which we again we could do probably five.
