The first time you really were immersed in nature and what it felt like
Um, 'cause I remember I think it was I wasn't until seventeen and then we went up to Baxter State Park in Maine.
Um and it was like, Oh my God, there's this whole other world of tranquility and quiet and animals and it was like, Okay, it took me seventeen years to figure this out.
Unless unl unless you wanted to climb the tree and you say, Wait a second, why are you so tall?
But
You know, it it it's funny, Becca, when you said when you were first out in Colorado, um, you know, you you said mention something about goosebumps and I thought right away, Oh wow, the loudest noise here is my goosebumps.
Yes.
You know, there there's a uh a a little dichotomy that's spoken about I'm gonna go academic for a moment, about children's development.
And um a lot of the early infancy research spoke about protective factors and risk factors.
And I think about the environment could pose a ton of risk factors if you're sensorily sensitive and you don't like a lot of people around you in movement.
Um and nature provides protective factors.
Um yeah.
So what does it feel like?
