Stan, I just want to say that what you just said, especially with the finances and health insurance and stuff like that, is also...
in the reading that I did in preparation for today is also one of the, you know, top five things that can determine being healthy in retirement or not.
So, you know, so I'm glad you, I'm glad you brought that up.
Again, I think retirement, Ken, has positives and negatives.
to that other than the number one thing is if you're planning your retirement, you need to start working on a plan for what you're going to do after retirement.
And it has to do with connections to people, interests, things you want to do.
I think it's okay to take some time off because you got to recharge your batteries.
I mean, take a time, move forward, but have a plan.
And the number one thing is with the extra time that you may think you now have after retirement, although sometimes I feel like I'm busier in retirement than when I worked, think about doing things that are meaningful and purposeful.
to a happier and healthier retirement going forward.
So I wanted to expand or actually just clarify the definition a little bit more.
