And we can devote that time to the things we like.
There also are some negatives that really fall into three quick categories.
One of them is that oftentimes after people retire, their physical functioning goes down.
Number two is that there is an increase in chronic disease after retirement.
Now, it doesn't mean it's not retirement is causing chronic disease, but usually we retire as we get older.
And as we get older, you know, we develop.
And then this is an interesting one that I found in one of these meta studies that looked at about 20 different studies on retirement and health, that there's increased mortality for on-time retirement, right?
So people that decide it's time to retire, I think, you know, Clarence, you gave that example of, yeah, well, they just, you know, they retired on time and then two years later, they're not here, you know, not here anymore.
And that's, that's the mortality piece is a little different than people who do continue doing some kind of work past their retirement.
You know, we all are retired, but we're still work.
I mean, even just doing health chatter.
