you're getting out there getting prepared.
But when you're a kick returner and you're slash playing receiver, you're kind of doing a receiver thing.
You're getting coached up from that and you're coming out and there's some things that maybe you may miss or some things that slip your mind because you're not constantly being coached 100% about like special teams.
And, you know, I thought yesterday, you know, early on, it was some opportunities that we could field the ball.
The most valuable special team player in the league, in the game yesterday was the Packers punter.
Because he flipped the field.
And those are the little things that we have to understand about weather games.
Fielding the ball, maybe even much more than actually returning the ball, is filling it.
Because you know when we play on synthetic turf,
that the ball is going to travel and bounce, and that's the difference between 10 yards, 20 yards.
So if you're losing it in the field battle position with the punt wars, then eventually you're taking yourself out of having to have two or three first downs to be in scoring position opposed to one.

That's to my original point.
It's tough sometimes when you get injuries early in game one, game two.
One, because we're all trying to get in shape.
We can say whatever we want.
We're still trying to get in football shape.
The weather gods may have done us a favor because it wasn't cold outside.
