So why don't we study it, but what are we going to study?

Why don't we study what that ordinance would be, if that makes sense, because so let's say he drafts an ordinance and that's what we study, what the ordinances are going to be, versus let's just let it die right here and let do the study before the

the the ordinance is drafted.

So I so I'm kinda so that makes kind of sense to me.

Let's get the county attorney to do what they were going to do, and then then we study what those ordinances, if we need to tweak that ordinance, not approve the ordinance.

Does that make sense?

But so so I I first was gonna agree with what I r w what Senator Geller was saying, but then I was uh talking to somebody who said, Well what are you gonna study?

And so let the county attorney do his thing and then come back and study that.

So I'd love to get your you you know, my commissioner's input on that.

County attorney wants to weigh in here.

I I think that the way Commissioner Davis has her item framed in seventy nine, regardless of what you do with forty seven, forty eight.

The way she has it framed I I think is the right order because we're not experts on

Uh staff has the expertise.

So if they st they study it, they put it together, uh the EMS Council chimes in, then we can certainly draft whatever results from that.
