But somehow my amazing team helped me through all of this.

And then when the grief

when you see that the grief starts to not be so intense anymore that you have lighter moments in between and you've found yourself laughing at something silly in between.

You realizing you're starting to come back.

With my husband, I see it that he's taking care of the plants.

With myself, I see it that I'm, you know, really diligent about my spiritual connection and

taking care of myself better, setting boundaries, because on the anniversary, the one year anniversary of the fire, I ended up in the hospital with emergency surgery, was going septic um and had pancreatitis.

And that was a pretty close call for me to recognize that I cannot just always take care of other people, that I also have to take care of myself.

He declared in about two months ago that this hard part of the grief was over and that we are now committing ourselves to building.
