This really shows that Trump doesn't understand what NATO is, its obligations, or its history.
But that will be explained by answering the questions.

No, none at all.
The NATO treaty doesn't mean if one country elects somebody who doesn't understand the consequences of his actions and he starts a war, that NATO members must join.
It's a defensive treaty.
It's also geographically limited to when members are attacked on their home soil and specific possessions.

For a whole bunch of reasons.
First, the treaty was ratified by the Senate in the 40s.
That presents its own issue.
But beyond that, his current Secretary of State, Marco Rubio, spearheaded legislation in 2023 that explicitly prohibits a president from unilaterally withdrawing from NATO without an act of Congress or two-thirds vote from the Senate.
He doesn't have the votes.
