Yeah, you actually do need it less than...
than dark people.
And my vitamin D levels are fine.
Yeah, aren't they?
I take vitamin D and I have to be out in the sun all the time.
I play tennis all winter long and I always, even on the really cold days, I still wear a singlet and a tiny skirt just to get some exposure to the sun.
Because if I'm vitamin D deficient, I'm horrendous.
It really affects me.
But that's because I'm Maori.
