Yes, and I think two things.
I think I definitely – I don't want to act as if, you know, people listening are like, oh, Rita, she's like, okay, wait.
Like I've had – we can go into – I've had hard moments.
I've had hard seasons.
I've also been – you know, I've had the time where I had three kids under five and –
and not a lot of family support.
And what I would say, and it can feel like a grind.
Like I remember that.
I remember it really clearly.
And what I would say is even if every, whether it's every day or every week, you have something that is yours that lights you up to keep going.
And I remember Trent Dalton, the author, once said to me,
I had him talking to some wonderful teenagers who are in a, what we say, underprivileged, you know, tough lives.
Teenagers in a school where, similar to Trent, some of them had parents in jail or with addiction issues and tough, tough lives, these teenagers.
And he said to them, don't let your pilot light go out.
I've never forgotten it.

And so I'd say to new mums and mums, it's hard.

So even the little thing that is you in there between the washing up and the nappies and the this and the that and putting kids in car seats and it's like...
Having something that's yours, whether it's a book and a cup of tea or something that you love to do that you can just keep that flickering, keep that flickering.
