So that's actually when we start harvesting beets.

But it's kind of off and on for farmers from August 15th to October 1st.

Okay, so that's the pre-harvest.

So that's when the factories kind of get started up for the winter and they start slicing some of the crop.

You know, it gives the farmers a chance to kind of get the headlands off, get the fields opened up and to start processing the sugar beets.

And then once we hit October 1st, that's what we call the main campaign.

So the main sugar beet harvest campaign starts October 1st and some growers run 12 hours a day and some growers run 24 hours a day.

It just kind of, every operation is different, you know.

We just we have a lot to do.

So we have to run 24 hours a day.

So that's kind of that's the main that's like going to war, boys.

That's that's quite the run.

Yeah, right.

So I'm on I'm on the night shift with my oldest brother, Casey, and then my dad.

And so we're kind of the night shift crew.

And then my uncle and my other brother, Jason, are there on the day shift.

And so I'll basically, I'll get up at 1 a.m.

and I'll go out and run the harvester from 2 a.m.

to 2 p.m.

And then I'm kind of around until early evening.
