to then coming out to, well, being with an officer, to then just, you know, making a point of difference, like changing the pattern, not ever once said that he was a victim of anything.
He just stood up as a man.
Yes, he was.
He was 19 years old.
Yes, that's right.
That act of kindness from a guard, which, you know, Peter was never used to that type of thing because he never had that as a kid growing up.
So...
That meant a lot to him, so that's why I think he made sure he started to teach himself how to read.
