Let's just go into that phase now.
He's the guy who's laid the groundwork, convinced somebody he's the right man for the job, and they've just gone ahead and gone, Well, we're going to do it.

We don't know obviously what his contract is either.
So there may have been a certain time frame in the contract that they've not hit and therefore there's a dispute.
But this is all conjecture because the only people who've given us a view, an A version of events, are TWG and Dan Tauris.
And Marcy Bukowski, obviously.
And it's not a fair comparison either, is it?
Because Haas the model of Haas is so different.
I know they've got the the same engine partner, but that's pretty much where the similarities end in terms of the way Haas came into Formula One, the way Cadillac's come into Formula One is as a
you might say a proper bona fide genuine team rather than a sort of quasi customer team.
So
That extends the challenge for me in terms of Cadillac being respectable.
It's not like they've shortcutted their way to an off the shelf car that can instantly give them points, as has happened in Hass's first season.
They've got to fight a lot harder to get there.
So in some ways that makes the start they've made even more impressive.
