Yeah, picking something up.
I do wonder, having already said Mercedes had a crushing pace advantage, it was definitely there in qualifying.
But in the steady state of the race, I do think it shows up less.
It felt to me in this race particularly, like not only the Ferrari in the clerk's hands, but also Verstappen's Red Bull in the first stint were close enough to make Mercedes think that it felt like Verstappen was having a go at the undercut.
at the point that he made the pit stop.
Well, Antonelli had to respond.
And Antonelli was quite aggressive on the pit entry too.
So it felt like there was enough pressure there that they had to execute everything right.
So the advantage was there, but maybe diminished slightly.
This is what Toto Wolff was talking about post-race.
We both visited Mercedes in the paddock afterwards.
And he was asked a question about Antonelli and the transformation one year on.
Because Spa last year, obviously different regulations, but he really struggled.
Couldn't get out of Q1.

And Total Wolf was saying that the transformation in Antonelli had surprised them.
that obviously he's very young, but he's maturing incredibly quickly.
And he was saying that Antonini just has this evenness to him now, so that whether he gets a good result, it's basically the thing that Fred Rousseau is always saying Ferrari needs to do, come what may.
