Yeah, I mean, that's absolutely a fair point.

The one crumb of comfort you can hold on to if you're an Aston Martin, Honda and Alonso fan is that not all tracks will be as energy starved as this one.

I think they pay an extra penalty for the Honda engine's lack of performance at a place like this.

So the upgraded car in Hungary could be better because not only will it be lighter and feature some new parts, not all of it because it's coming in two phases, but

the Honda engine penalty will be less.

They've made progress in understanding how to do deployment.

Alonso said for the last three races, they've got normal, consistent deployment, which is something everyone else has had for a much longer time.

But they're at least on top of executing the weekend.

Their qualifying was fine.

Their race was fairly normal.

But yeah, in terms of pure pace, there'll be certain tracks...

Non-power sensitive tracks or less power sensitive tracks where there's a chance the lighter car will really pay them back because also even though they're kind of internally they won't confirm this but estimating a couple of seconds gain from the total upgrade including the Honda engine for Zandvoort.

You could argue that maybe the weight that they've taken out of the car will make a bigger difference.

Now, Williams have talked about this.

Going from overweight to on the limit makes a bigger difference than maybe you even simulate or calculate.
