And my biggest thing though, with Charlie was the day he was shot.

I was actually 20 minutes from his hometown when we got the news and immediately we were on the air.

We were talking about, uh,

what, where we go from here.

And immediately I saw this grove of trees in a forest.

What Charlie did, and I wish we had more days.

I wish we had more hours.

I wish we had more weeks and months and years.

But what Charlie did in 31 years to plant seeds for the next generation will, in my opinion, never be equaled.

What he did to set up this nation for the next generation of warriors to come up to take the mantle and to fight the enemy will never be equaled.

And so I, although we mourn, we mourn as we come up on the remembrance of the assassination,

I also look at a guy who did more than I believe anyone else will do in my generation for that upcoming generation.

And I pray, I pray a blessing over those people, over those seeds he's planted, over the young people that were inspired and were motivated and were driven by Charlie's work ethic.

I pray that they have vision and that they have hope and that they realize that his legacy lives on within them.

That's my prayer for America, that we don't get distracted by the nonsense, by people out there that are attacking his legacy or that are undermining it with wasted time, that we stay focused on building up that next generation that Charlie was so focused on.

Yeah, well, as an analogy, I've traveled all over the world.

I've been in gunfights in Panama.

I've been on the beaches of Calais, France, surrounded by illegals from North Africa that could have beaten me to death any moment they wanted to.

I had more fear every time I walked onto a college campus because of the demons that have been invited in to the college campuses across America.
