So when you go and sit on a house, you're doing surveillance on a house with an admin warrant.

You're sitting there for four hours.

That gives the activists time to surround your vehicle and attack you.

So the leftists knew that.

The activists knew that.

So they're fine with the target enforcement because they can obstruct them all.
