There's not a lot of data studies on how they actually impact your body or are helping your body.
Now, there's some good ones coming out on you know BPC 157 and TB500.
There's some really cool studies where it's actually able to repair a lot of the connective tissue for damaged cells.
Cells where they would normally have to require surgery and was able to repair those specific ones.
Same thing for stem cells.
The problem with stem cells is if you get injected with stem cells, it's it's not like targeted.
You can't just inject it to a spot.
Your body absorbs those stem cells and uses it where it wants to.
So you know you might want to fix your right shoulder, but you put it in and it fixes your knee.
You know, so you know, and and stem cells come with uh a trade-off too.
If you have cancer, it just replicates the cancer much faster.
faster.
So you need to make sure, like if you're doing stem cell treatments, you know, you undergo MRIs and get cancer screenings and things like that before you even look at anything like that.
Because it's it's literally going to amplify your cancer multiple years ahead in the future.
So a lot of these things come with a lot of trade-offs that you got to be really cautious of as you're going and doing it.
So I I usually say stay away from from the peptides completely.
You know, the only ones that I'd I'd really recommend
is like T B500 B B C B C 157 only if you're injured.
Um, you know, a lot of people use it for anti-inflammatory and they will use it daily.
I don't think that's a good idea.
