We got some numbers on Friday.

We got some numbers on Friday that suggests that inflation has picked up again, mostly right, because of oil prices.

But let's go back just a little bit here, right?

We came through this period of really elevated inflation coming out of the pandemic.

We started to get a little bit of control over it, but then it's picked up again this year.

We had tariffs and now we've had the war in Iran that has pushed oil prices up.

Diesel prices just hit six dollars a gallon.

That's a record.
