And you only have to keep them for five years.

But then another thing that works well is, like you said, you've got an email, so you create an email inbox folder and you can just drop and drag it straight into that email folder and you've got it all.

then less, it's better off.
When we do the tax returns, we don't necessarily have to see them all.
You can still just say add up all of those donations and say this is how many we had for each different charity and this is the amount.
You don't need to send us all the receipts.
You can upload it to our checklist so it is all stored for you for the five years because once it's uploaded into our portal, it'll carry forward and we'll have it for you.
But we don't necessarily need to see all those documents and receipts.
You can just give us a summary.
You hold on to them yourself.
