But, you know, I keep asking people, what's the tipping point?

When is this going to peak?

And I'm told that that's not happening yet.

So I would not be shocked if there's another NFL franchise that, you know, goes for 10 billion plus in the future.

It's a great question.

You know, NFL franchises cost a lot of money to run.

So to your question about whether it's a good investment, I mean, it is.

These are great.

Not only are they trophy assets, but NFL franchises make a lot of money.

But you also have to spend a lot of money and not just on player salary, which is a huge component of it.

But it's like I said before, stadium upgrades, I mean, concessions.

There are all kinds of, you know, it's complicated to run a team.

So I think some people get burnt out.

I think there's tax implications for some of these people who don't want to just leave the team to their family, which that kind of used to be how it worked.

So, yeah.

I mean, I think you have to say the Dallas Cowboys.

Yeah, I'm not going to I wouldn't guess what their value is, because frankly, the value is whatever someone's willing to pay.

I have no sense that Jerry Jones intends to sell the team.

But yeah, if the Cowboys ever went up for sale, it would shatter the record.

That's another great question.
