I love it.

But, yeah, I think that was a challenging part of year one.

And, fortunately, I had some really strong coordinators in place to hold down the fort for me.

HT and DA is as good as it comes.

Yeah, yeah.

And so I've got plenty of work to do just in my own self-reflection, but that's certainly at the top of the list.

I didn't come into this league or take this position to necessarily make friends.

That's not the case.

I love what I do.

I love who I'm doing it with.

That's the most important thing to me, and everything I do is with them in mind.

I think you're certainly conscious of it when you have a background on one side of the ball that you take a position like this and you're touching all three phases.

How do you bridge that gap?

And so that's certainly something I'm conscious of.

And I can do a better job.

I'd probably say that's job number one.

It's just time allotment with those other two phases that I'm not around quite as much as I'm calling plays on offense.

And so...

The good news is I've been with a lot of these guys on the offensive staff now for a year, so they know what to expect.
