It was.
And I was, we need a stone skipping simulator.
Forget about commute and transit simulator.
I want to just skip stones.
But it was like wildly satisfying physics.
to actually skip these stones.
There's a softball experience where you're swinging and you're trying to hit homers.
There's just such a wide range of ways to interact with this world.
Even if each individual one is pretty abbreviated, sometimes they really impressed me with just how novel they were.
I thought this worked better as a video game.
We've all seen plenty of shows and movies that trod similar territory.
And I thought the fact that this was a game and that I could control these people in these worlds, even if I didn't get a game over.
So what?
I still felt like I was embodying these characters.
And there were times where, okay, it's not like you have a certain number of lives, you have an allotment of lives, and then you have to reset or something.
But
