Game Pass is a little bit cheaper than it was recently, but still much more expensive than it was before that.

However, Microsoft, under new head of Xbox Asha Sharma, has price cut.

It has dropped the price of Game Pass Ultimate down from about $30 to $23.

PC Game Pass is down by a few bucks, too.

The tradeoff is, speaking of Call of Duty, that new Call of Duty titles will no longer be day one releases on Game Pass.

So it's maybe bad for anyone who is getting Game Pass for Call of Duty, which was a fair amount of people, but is maybe not bad for everyone else.

who now has to pay a little less because they won't be subsidizing the day one Call of Duty audience.

It's still a significant price hike from where it was a few years ago, but this is kind of in keeping with Sharma's strategy, which basically seems to be rolling back everything that Xbox has done for the past year or so.
