The reason that these technical negotiations are taking place right now is Iran is cashing in on the fact that it won the war, rightfully so, right?

It is saying, remove our sanctions, give us the waivers, do all of these things, and we may allow some tankers to leave the Strait of Hormuz, but we control it.

Because as Trump said, you're on the verge of a global economic depression.

So I was thinking to myself, great daughter, what are you referring to?
