THAT WE WOULD RECOMMEND THE FOLLOWING THAT HAS TO BE DETERMINED BY THE, OF JULY, I THINK IT'S JULY 1ST OR JULY 3RD, DON'T HOLD ME CORRECT TO THAT DATE, BUT YOU HAVE TO SET THE MAXIMUM MILLAGE RATE AND THEN ESTABLISH A FIRE ASSESSMENT FEE.

MILLAGE RATES, THAT WAS A FIVE TO TWO VOTE AS OPPOSED TO THE SEVEN TO ZERO VOTE.
WHAT WERE THE ARGUMENTS, THE NEGATIVE ARGUMENTS ON THAT FIVE TO TWO VOTE?
ONE OF THE BOARD MEMBERS FELT THEY WANTED TO SEE A DECREASE
And then one of the board members felt to help with rental costs, he thought the best would be an increase to help offset any property tax reform that could be coming.

Just to add to what Chair Brown mentioned, I believe the context around the board member maybe wanting a decrease was that perhaps there was a feeling that it was premature to make an evaluation and assessment of the military at this point.
