Only to find out a couple weeks ago that that question's never been asked.

So I think before we go ahead, I know we spent money, but sometimes you just need to, you know, backtrack and start again for a good path forward.

And if we can save 200 to $700 million, whatever the number is, I think we should at least investigate that because I have a hard time believing the developer will not say, Hey, this is a great piece of land.

And with the right deal, I can put up 25 or 30 stories of apartments, give you 10 stories for office space, and we can do something that doesn't cost the future of the city a lot of money.
