I think any time you can get the players buying, you know, we always talk about buying, get them to contribute to how they want their schedule and it can really get the mood going, I think.

Like, as you said, to give yourself that opportunity in game three to have that moment, you've got to do what you do in game one.

Like, what he did in game one was incredible with his kicking game, and he sort of took advantage of the moment we went a man down.

and really took his team forward.

For me, as a coach, I probably never buy into all those narratives and wondering where a player's at or does he take control of origins.

I'm always just worried about what he's doing on the weekend and how he's playing his footy and what shapes he's playing and how can I

slow him down you know so a lot of work goes into him and the big part with him is trying to just take his time away a little bit like he's a great player so if you can hurry him along that's one thing we we always work on but yeah he was pretty dominant and the other thing about him too is you know he he's not a spot player is he like there's a lot of halves throughout

The years who have been fantastic attacking players, but you always know you can get at them with the ball, make them make tackles, tie them out, sort of get into them.

He's not that type of guy.
