So that's great.
It was a great in-depth course.
Definitely played into the science aspect of my background.
Absolutely loved it.
Also played into the food and beverage industry where I came from.
but also applicable in my everyday life i'm i'm able to take and learn from those and and no matter what science is truly playing into every facet of our lives day in and day out so true so was it therapeutic too like do you feel that like baking can be therapeutic absolutely is there a culinary challenge you're still trying to conquer i mean you've got the tart down
I love good tart.
But honestly, I would say probably crepes.
Because of how fine it is and how quickly it is, it truly is a very quick process for that.
So, yes.

coolest place that i've traveled for work was probably tashkent uzbekistan oh wow so eastern europe i was over there and i was evaluating a recycling facility for um our pet and and bringing on new feedstocks for eastern europe and asia and wow
