and then it'll do an x-ray vision you can see you have to turn down the lights but you can see through the eggs it's like an x-ray vision of the eggs you can see if there's any deficiencies in the eggs and then the roll on out so it'll put all your eggs into weights and then this is the stamper that's kind of it and then you load them so you load them out of the van put them in here do that load them back in the van and go and supply go and fill the machines

Yeah, a year and a bit ago.
The reason why I said I'd write it was because here, growing up on a free-range farm, we were eating eggs every day.
And I suppose I just got curious, like, what more can I do with eggs?
So when I started doing little tarts and quiches and stuff, and I said, why not put this into a book?
Yeah, so I had a friend from school in St Pat's who sadly took his own life and I stayed very close with his family and I wanted to do something to help or to raise awareness for suicide.
Any book that is sold online or in person, two euro, will be donated to Youth Suicide Prevention Ireland.
I always say you won't be afraid for asking the difficult questions, but you might be afraid if you never ask them.
It actually feels very fulfilling to get talking to people and raising awareness for it.
Now in the day of AI and everything, I certainly wouldn't be afraid if you're not necessarily book smart because every answer you want is in your pocket.
Get out there, look at what you have, look at the assets that you have and see how you can exploit them and how you can maximise the potential of them.
In my case, it was eggs.
