Um so if you don't remember that, there's a a thing in the bottom right part of the spec.

That is the prepared spell that you can cast.

So your creature will come in prepared or will do meet some condition to become prepared.

And once it does, it basically conjures a token of that spell into exile.

And you can cast that spell.

And then sometimes some creatures are one and done with prepared.

Some creatures.

have ways to re-prepare themselves.

But basically you get a creature and then when you meet the prepared conditions it becomes prepared or sometimes it ETB is prepared and then you get a free spell to cast along with it.

But if your creature dies before you cast that prepared spell, the prepared spell goes away.

So we've got an example here.

Stinger Quill Voxmancer, which is Raktos for a one-two uncommon goblin sorcerer.

And it says at the beginning of your upkeep, if this creature isn't prepared, it becomes prepared.

So this one does not come into put prepared.

You'll have to wait a whole turn cycle for it to become prepared.

And then its prepared spell is Vicious Burst, which is Rakdos for a sorcery.

And Vicious Burst deals one damage to target opponent.

And one of the cool things that is happening in this format is that there are only

Five prepared spells.

So they're the same five stapled onto any creature that's gonna get prepared.
