Like, you know, we kind of don't have in no rap, we don't have sales reps in a sense, right?
We have we have people that are onboarding specialists and they go there and they listen and they think and and it is a little bit of like mini consulting on each sale that
would have so we can w tailor it to their needs and talk to them about, you know, different customers will have different things, right?
You know, some people go, Oh, can it be cold chain?
Yes it can.
It's, you know, blah blah blah.
It can it be this.
And so you just you know, you've just got to go out and have a cup of coffee with them and take them take them through it.
And get them to practice it.
And once they've done it, they go, Oh jeez, I I could do that and I did pretty well.
Uh well
I think it's just a belief that, you know, every single day is a challenge and you just gotta k get up and dust yourself off and get get on with that.
I think it's that resilience.
I you know, I'm really proud to say that Frank Ring's a very resilient company.
You know, every day's a school day, um, and feedback's a gift.
I think that that's it.
You gotta you gotta keep open to it all and you've gotta just put the hammer down, you know.
