In so it's that deep seated kind of consumer research where we try and listen every single day and really respect that customers have a choice to buy our product over someone else's.

So we just we want to really fight for that and sh and and be worthy of the money that they're giving
us to make these products and sell them, right?
And the thing is, you know, to start with, a lot of people got put off their reusable journey of being reusable coffee cups or water bottles because they got given a really bad experience.
The thing is
And imagine, you know, a junior human, you know, gets given this horrendous water bottle if it tastes of plastic and all this kind of thing.
And then they've got a drink out of it.
You know, they just want to drink out of the ta, you know, they would want to go and get a single use water bottle and drink out of
back 'cause their experience is horrible.
So we have an obligation and a and and a real um
you know, go goal here is about stewardship and making reusable products beautiful and irresistible so you can't say no to them.
