And the slide is something like, you know, what are the corporate strategies as opposed to the product strategies?
There's a product strategy of like how do you build something that handles the error rates and how the hell does Kevin Will get rid of having this ridiculous model picker and all of that kind of stuff?
Um, but then there's a corporate strategy, which is what is Sam Walton trying to do.
And you can, you know, fairly easy to kind of lay this out.
So, you know, there's make it a commodity, which is Amazon and Metast.
strategy.
There's make it a feature, which is Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Meta, Apple strategy.
There's um sell the APIs.

There's make it a platform which is Sun um I was gonna say Sun.
NVIDIA to me it wants to be the new Sun.
that new Sun Microsystems.
Like they're building they don't I think a lot of people don't kinda quite realise people still think of NVIDIA as making GPUs in the sense that they make chips and sell chips.
That's not what they do.
They sell computers.
