Um the thing that everyone was really that got all the really got all the attention though was basically Siri two point oh.
And the idea was, I mean the demo they gave was you could say to Siri
Is my mother's flight late?
And it would know who I mean, it kind of knows who your mother is now, but it would go and look across all of your comms, so at least iMessage and email, maybe other stuff.
It would find a m something that mentioned a flight.
It would know that it was the flight today and not the flight from a year ago or the flight in three months, which is and then it would go and do the lookup with the deterministic software, it would go and do the flight lookup.
And those are all things that wouldn't work now.
Like there's a bunch of stuff in there that databases just can't do and natural language processing just can't do.
And in principle, you can see how an L LLM could do that.
Um and then it was where should we get dinner nearby?
and um and a few other things.
And that all sounds like a really great, compelling, like th in contrast to, you know, you get chat GPT and you're like, well, what am I supposed to do with this?
That isn't what am I supposed to do with this.
Now I can just ask Syri, natural, normal stuff like that, and it will work.
The problem was what I've just described is like a um free for multi-step age multimodal agentic tool using system that OpenAI doesn't have working.
Yeah.
