Yeah, they got came out last week that said everyone has done a bunch of a bunch of pilots didn't w it it basically said we did a bunch of ev they d uh st surveyed CIAs and a bunch of CIAs said we've deployed stuff and some of it didn't work.
And I was like, Well isn't that what what pilots are for?
You know, people are like, oh my god, this it doesn't all work.
Well well well yeah, that's what you do, the pilots.
Um and like Bain do this study, they've done it for three years now.
Like every big company is now, like twenty to thirty percent of big companies have got stuff in deployment, but every big company's got pilots.
And so for every retailer, it's like um the c so quite the classic Walmart example is what should I buy to take on a picnic?
Which you can't is not a database query, but it is a great LLM query.

And then you have lots of kind of automation stuff like going through and normalizing your metadata.
or going through and re tagging everything, or going through and writing product descriptions, or summarising the reviews.
There's a lot of kind of automation stuff that's already been done or already been piloted or already been trialed.
Everyone's got five or ten things that that they've deployed already.
Um
And they're doing recommendations and they're doing, you know, make your list of stuff.
Everyone's got stuff out there and working and deploying.
It is and it's also I mean, there's a whole layer to this conversation which is sort of standing on the s on the shoulders of giants, which is that everyone's now got all their their cloud CMS and, you know, their e-commerce orchestration and they've they've they spent the last ten years building a whole bunch of stuff.
