But what do you think your biggest learnings were from writing this book?

The biggest thing for me was just the concept of behavioral ethics, which I think is a big part of what the book ends up being about.

I think this idea that we can have a rational ethical framework and people can know what they should do and they can know right from wrong, but for various reasons, they can still end up doing bad things.

As we talked about earlier, you need to have culture, you need to have systems in place, you need to check in with yourself.

Be very in tune with yourself to understand where your vulnerabilities are.

But just that concept of just like with other parts of life, we can have rational frameworks for things and we can say what people should do in certain situations, but that's often going to be very different from what they will actually do.

And understanding where those vulnerabilities are is really, I would argue, more important to acting ethically than understanding.
