Something had to change with Trek as a whole.
I'm not sure I expected the whole management to change.
Yeah, but I've got to pause you for a second.
Just to say, it annoys me that half the teams have different names for, for example...
head of racing or something.
Then there's chief sporting officer.
We need like... Teams need to fall in line and just have one name for every role.
I'm going to go insane.
What do you think?
But yeah, I mean... And I'll decide the names.
On Heimskerk's change and Dan Lorang's change, for example, it's actually like musical chairs among teams, it somewhat feels like.
Because if Heimskerk, for example, joins Red Bull, which was the case, then Dan Lorang was a trainer of Remco since the start of the year after Remco joined.
Then Dan Lorang is leaving towards Trek.
Now Heimskerk is becoming the trainer replacement of Lorang at Red Bull.
Remco switched trainers twice in the last four or five months, which I don't know how ideal that is for Remco either within Red Bull and whether that was anticipated at the start of the year either.
So it's not just odd changes at Little Trek.
These changes don't just have consequences also for the team where hypothetically Hamesquarek was leaving in Wismoden, but also in Bora, where then Daniel Orang leaves.
There's changes everywhere and
abysmal is definitely more reactive changing as in it's not like they're like to me it looks like this malisa bike despite people leaving it's still the same kind of culture while with an entire management change that can create a whole new culture and for example for red bull and little trek therefore that culture whether that becomes a proven a proven kind of you know what i mean like
Like with Xamon at the end of 2024, for example, there you had a massive change that could lead to cultural changes, which is the fact that Xamon is taken out of the puzzle and replaced by five people as the pillars of Visma from that point onwards.
