He tried to save the smelt so he didn't bring the water from the northwest.

And then Trump would say there's a magical faucet between California and Canada.

And that's where the water comes down from.

And he turned the faucet off and Trump needs to turn the faucet on.

And that's really what's happening here.

And then Donald Trump said he turned the faucet on, but he drained water after the fires were 100 percent contained.

He drained reservoir water in Northern California onto farmland, nowhere near Southern California after the fires were contained.

You know, California is a big state.
