And were you really proud of the TV series?

I loved it, yeah, absolutely loved it.

I mean, it was really, I think, largely owing to Sean, who was the perfect Sharp.

I mean, he really was perfect.

He got him.

They're going to have to find somebody new if they ever want to remake it, but I can't imagine anybody remaking the Sharp series.

It's there, it's done.

Well, then maybe they will revenge.

Well, I mean, I guess about a decade ago, I realized that Sharp was coming to his conclusion, which he obviously didn't and hasn't and might not.

It also struck me, I'd long been interested in Anglo-Saxons, mainly because of having studied it at university.

And one of the worst experiences of my life was trying to learn Anglo-Saxon.

But I loved the Anglo-Saxon works that I'd read.
