we'll be judging this Friday night.
If they win Friday night, it's all been fine.
But I actually think, to be honest, the damage was done, Connacht-Lenster, back then, you know, they were two games because they had to rotate then.
They followed their plan.
There was a bad defeat to the Scarlets thrown in there as well.
Yeah, the Scarlets won.
Yeah, that was another one.
But realistically, they didn't... In fairness to Richie, they obviously had a strategy and they followed that.
And that helped them beat Exeter, get them to the final.
And they were so close to managing the Stormers game, the Glasgow game.
I think they felt...
pre-Exeter that with two games to go at home seven points would have got them there and would have and they ended up getting what three against Stormers and four or five sorry five in total yeah so they're two points off what they thought now they shipped some injuries and a suspension in the middle of that which didn't help but don't forget the amount of players with massive experience who left Ulster
in May last year.
You know, and this squad is a smaller squad.
So they are fighting on two fronts a little bit deeper.
Obviously, Conor got to a quarterfinal.
Or a semi-final.
Did they get a challenge cup?
Montpellier?
they had an extra game but then two weekends off and Ulster just looked a little bit treadbare and what he did against Glasgow was to try and protect himself for this week now and have as many of his frontliners available as possible so I can totally see the logic to it when you don't get the points it just heapens that pressure now for Friday
